• Q: What kind of help should I expect from the AACPMAS?

  A: AACPMAS is responsible for collecting and collating all application materials submitted by applicants. AACPMAS is further responsible for verifying all academic transcripts and disseminating completed application files to all programs designated by applicants in a timely and efficient manner.

• Q: What type of questions is customer support unable to answer?

  A: AACPMAS is pleased to assist you with any questions you have about the AACPMAS application process. AACPMAS customer support, however, is unable to answer some questions that you may have. For example, questions that should be directed to your designated schools and colleges of podiatric medicine include:

  • Institution specific admission requirements and policies
  • Institution specific admission decisions
  • Institution specific minimum course requirements
  • Institution specific interviews or review criteria

  AACPMAS will speak to the applicant ONLY. AACPMAS will not correspond with parents, spouses, or any other family or friends. AACPMAS support reserves the right to terminate any conversation if the representative feels threatened or if foul language is used.

  Information about institution specific admission prerequisites and deadlines is available on the AACPMAS web site and within the individual school and college web sites. If you have questions about these requirements, email or call the institution directly.
