A: NO. AACPMAS WILL NOT UPDATE YOU ON THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION! AACPMAS will notify the applicant if there is a problem with the coursework section of the application ONLY. You WILL NOT be notified if documents have not been received by AACPMAS.

A: To view the status of your transcripts:
A: AACPMAS will ONLY accept official MCAT and US DAT scores. If your designated schools and colleges of podiatric medicine require ANY other test scores, you must mail them directly to that institution.
A: To view your AACPMAS GPA:
Your AACPMAS GPAs will be available up to 5 weeks from the date that your application is complete.
A: If AACPMAS finds four or more mistakes while verifying your coursework, your application will be returned to you with an email explaining what is wrong. These are some example items which would cause your application to be “undelivered”:
Once you have made the appropriate changes and re-submit your application to AACPMAS, your application will be verified within 5 business days. It is important to be accurate the first time to avoid delays in the verification process.

A: AACPMAS will digitally transmit your application when all of the following items are received:
AACPMAS digitally transmits completed applications, known as a “bulk mailing” to the schools and colleges of podiatric medicine once a week. Individual applications CAN NOT be printed and mailed to programs.
